Chef Jason is famous for taking the locally sourced goodness of our region and turning it into plated perfection that takes your event from business as usual to wine, dine and wow.
Behind the Sazerac team are the local farmers, ranchers and fisherman who provide stellar ingredients to bring a true taste of the Northwest to your event. We'll even help you kick the fun up a notch with our cooking and cocktail classes (would you expect any less from us with a name like Sazerac?).
