Private Dining at Sazerac and Hotel Monaco

Share Sazerac's serious fun and damn good food with your friends, family and co-workers for your next business meeting or social event. In addition to accommodating 185 guests in our restaurant (you can buy out the restaurant as well), we also offer more than 7,000 square feet of meeting space and private suites located at the adjacent Hotel Monaco Seattle, a Kimpton Hotel. All private dining and special event menus are prepared and overseen by Executive Chef Jason McClure and Sazerac's artistic catering team.

You can add more serious fun to parties and celebrations, meetings and fundraisers with Sazerac's wonderfully engaging Cooking and Bartending Classes. The entertaining gatherings are great for social occasions and fun team-building exercises. And guests can take home some great ideas and recipes from Sazerac's chefs and bartenders.

For Work Groups: Our experience shines in managing the full range of events, including multi-day corporate and educational programs, seminars, workshops, retreats, board meetings, sales presentations, press conferences, book signings, training sessions and product demonstrations. Wireless Internet access is complimentary to all meeting attendees.

For Private Parties: Celebrate at Sazerac with bartending/cooking classes, receptions, cocktail parties, holiday parties, themed events, retirement parties, birthday galas, anniversary celebrations, weddings, rehearsal dinners and post-wedding brunches, as well as a host of other events.

Paris Ballroom: 2,160 square feet of wide, open space can accommodate up to 180 guests seated and 200+ for a standing reception







Athens Ballroom: 1,055 square feet seating as many as 100 guests, which can also divide into two equally sized spaces







Vienna Room: 740 square feet is a great fit for birthdays, anniversary parties, baby/bridal showers and more







Bombay Room: 595 comfortable square feet make it perfect for small executive dinners and board retreats







Tokyo Boardroom: Seats 10 at its conference table made from a reclaimed Elm tree. Equipped with built in projection capabilities and executive leather boardroom chairs






Palace Majestic Parlor Suite: Cozy residential seating and a conference table for six







Marquis Suite: 480 square feet makes for an excellent work suite or private office during extended stays
