Happy Hour: Four Hours That Rise Above the Rest
To counter the previous eight hours of meetings, paper pushing, water cooler chitchat and the obnoxious stare of that computer screen, you'll find a snappy lineup of Happy Hour delicacies to ease you back into a sound state of mind. Named a Seattle Times' Happy Hour pick, we invite you to lay into a hearty selection of small plates and bites, wood-fired pizzas, sliders, charcuterie and cheeses, specialty drinks, beers and wines. If you're new to Sazerac, try our Wood Roasted Gulf Prawns, Beef Tartare, or the Ooozing St. Andre' and Toast cheese plate. Veterans tend to gravitate toward the Grilled Andouille Sausage, the Crispy Fried Chicken Livers or the Sopressata pizza. Please, enjoy at your leisure.
